What will you see in a 4D session?
3D ultrasound creates still images of your baby’s surface features. 4D adds real-time motion, so you may see your baby move during the scan. Baby Wave’s 4D/HD packages include 2D, 3D, 4D and HD imaging. Image quality and the movements you see depend on your baby’s position and other factors at the appointment.
4D ultrasound packages and prices
4D/HD Glimpse — $90
A 10–15 minute scan recommended before 26 weeks. It includes two printed color pictures and digital photos and video through MommyAccess. There is no free revisit with this package.
4D/HD Premium — $115
A 20–25 minute scan recommended between 27 and 34 weeks. It includes two printed color pictures and digital photos and video through MommyAccess. See the live booking page for current revisit terms.

When is a good time to book?
Baby Wave recommends the shorter Glimpse session before 26 weeks and Premium between 27 and 34 weeks. Your baby’s position can affect the images at any stage. For questions about your pregnancy or medical care, speak with your prenatal healthcare professional.
